Delivery Terms

DOOR STEP DELIVERY

We are now shipping Maldives-wide [via Red Box]

For all orders shipped through Red Box, customers will be issued a tracking number once the packages have been dispatched from our boutique. Recipient will be required to show their ID while accepting the package. Redbox deliveries are made to the ground floor only and do not include upstairs delivery. We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.

Currently for all deliveries within Maldives we have a flat rate of MVR30

MALE’ & HULHUMALE’

Ramadan Update
Same day delivery for orders placed before 11:00am every day except Fridays. Orders made after 11:00am on Thursday will be processed on Saturday.

Same day delivery for orders made before 12:00pm every day except Friday, within Malé and Hulhumalé. Orders made after 12:00pm on Thursday will be processed on Saturday.

VILLIMALE', AIRPORT & BOATS

Please note that order confirmation is required at least 1 day in advance for deliveries to boats, the airport, and Villimalé, as Redbox logistics requires prior notice to schedule delivery. Someone must be available to receive the order, as the Redbox agent will not be able to wait at the airport, dock, or jetty. They will contact the recipient directly before delivery.

OTHER ISLANDS OF MALDIVES

We will be using sea transport as well as air freight for the inhabited islands of Maldives and Male' office drop offs for the resorts of Maldives and the duration will depend on the location of your beautiful island. We hope to complete the deliveries within 7-14 days, but we will be informing you of all the details after your order has been confirmed.
